Nellava Bullion offers precious metal products, including but not limited to gold and silver bullion. Precious metals are commodities whose value fluctuates based on global market conditions.
All product descriptions, specifications, weights, images, pricing, and availability are subject to change without prior notice.
While reasonable efforts are made to ensure accuracy, Nellava Bullion does not warrant that product descriptions, images, or other content are entirely free from typographical or technical errors.
3. Price Volatility and Market Risk
Precious metal prices fluctuate continuously due to market forces beyond our control.
Prices displayed on the website are indicative and subject to change until an order is successfully confirmed and full payment is received.
By completing a purchase, customers acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with precious metal price volatility. Nellava Bullion shall not be responsible for any market value changes occurring after order confirmation.
Nellava Bullion does not provide financial, investment, or tax advice. Customers are encouraged to seek independent professional advice before making investment decisions.
4. Orders and Payment
An order is deemed confirmed only after full payment has been successfully received and verified.
All payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. Nellava Bullion does not store full payment credentials.
We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or cancel any order in cases including but not limited to:

Regulatory compliance concerns
5. Pre-Order Production and Allocation Period
Certain products may be offered under a Pre-Order (“PO”) basis.
Pre-Order products are subject to a production and allocation period of up to six (6) weeks from the date of confirmed payment.
This period reflects internal processes including, but not limited to:

Production queue scheduling

Quality inspection

Certification procedures

Secure packaging preparation
Processing timelines may vary depending on market demand, refining cycles, certification scheduling, or supply chain conditions.
The stated Pre-Order period refers strictly to internal production and allocation. It does not include delivery transit time.
6. Shipping, Insurance, and Delivery
Delivery timelines are separate from the Pre-Order production period and are provided as estimates only.
Transit and delivery times may vary depending on courier operations, customs clearance, geographic location, or other external factors beyond Nellava Bullion’s control.
All shipments are insured during transit.
However, courier-related delays shall not constitute a breach of the stated Pre-Order processing timeframe.
Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer upon confirmed handover to the designated courier, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
In the event of loss or damage during insured transit, Nellava Bullion will assist in facilitating claims in accordance with the insurance provider’s terms.
7. Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of precious metals and price volatility, all sales are final unless otherwise specified.
Returns, exchanges, or refunds may only be considered if:

The product delivered is materially incorrect
Claims must be submitted within two (2) working days from the date of receipt, accompanied by verifiable supporting evidence.
Refund approval is subject to inspection and final determination by Nellava Bullion.
8. Cancellation Policy
Pre-Order purchases may be eligible for cancellation prior to entering final production or shipment stages.
Approved cancellations will be processed within seven (7) business days from confirmation of cancellation approval.
Refund amounts may be subject to deductions including:

Administrative costs

Market price differences caused by precious metal price fluctuations

Hedging or allocation exposure where applicable
Once an order has entered final production, preparation, or shipment stage, cancellation may no longer be possible.
9. Force Majeure
Nellava Bullion shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

Market disruptions

Refinery shutdowns

Supply chain interruptions

Civil unrest

Acts of God
In such circumstances, obligations may be suspended or extended accordingly.
10. Compliance and Anti-Money Laundering
Nellava Bullion operates in compliance with applicable laws and may conduct identity verification or request documentation to satisfy regulatory obligations, including anti-money laundering (AML) requirements.
We reserve the right to delay, refuse, or cancel transactions where regulatory concerns arise.
11. Customer Communications and Good Faith
Customers are encouraged to direct any inquiries or concerns through our official communication channels to ensure proper and timely resolution.
All parties agree to act in good faith in relation to any transaction.
Any false, defamatory, misleading, or malicious public statements that materially harm the reputation of Nellava Bullion may be subject to legal remedies in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
This provision does not restrict customers from exercising legitimate rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
12. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, designs, logos, and graphics, is the exclusive property of Nellava Bullion and is protected by intellectual property laws.
Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nellava Bullion shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the product in question.
14. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall first be resolved through good faith negotiation.
If resolution cannot be reached amicably, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts within the jurisdiction of the Republic of Indonesia.
15. Amendments
Nellava Bullion reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Changes become effective upon publication on this website.
Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
